INGREDIENTS WHIPPING CREAM
2 egg yolks
1/2 dl sugar
1/2 organic lemon, both the juice and the zest
250 ml Aito Oat for whipping
250 gram Blackberries, frozen or fresh
1/2 teaspoon liquorice powder
1/2 lemon zest and juice
INGREDIENTS SAVOIRDI BISCUITS
6 Savoirdi biscuits, or a piece of sponge cake
1 lemon, zest and juice
1/2 teaspoon licorice powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1, Whisk the egg yolks and sugar so that it becomes like a fluffy cream, add lemon juice and zest and whisk for 3 more minutes.
2, Whisk Aito Oat for whipping in another bowl. And then add it to the egg mix. Whisk.
3, Mix Blackberries with sugar, licorice powder, lemon juice and the zest in a bowl.
4, Juice for the biscuits; Mix the lemon juice and zest with sugar and the licorice powder in a bowl big enough so that you can dip the biscuits in it.
5, Take out 6 bowls or glas. Add half of the blackberry mix in the bottom of a glas. And then add some whipping cream mix. Break each biscuit into 4 pieces, and dip them in the juice. Then add them to the glas. And then the rest of the cream, and at last some blackberries on top.
