Basic Sponge Cake
It is easy to make a sponge cake when you are just at the beginning of making your first cake.
Basic Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
Flour- 100 grams Butter- 100 grams Sugar- 100 grams Eggs- 2 Baking Powder- 1 tbsp Essence- vanilla
Basic Vanilla Sponge Cake.
Vanilla Sponge cake is basically made of few ingredients that we get in our local market.
Method:
Add the butter and sugar and whisk till light and fluff. Add in the eggs one by one and whisk gently. Add the flour and baking powder and sift it. Add the flour to the wet mixture and mix well. Add in the Vanilla essence. Pour the mixture in the cake bowl. Add some chopped almonds over it if you want to. Bake the cake at 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
