Air Fryer Chimichangas

We have been having a good time with Kathleen's air fryer.  Jenna experimented making these and they were SPOT on.  Don said almost restaurant(deep fried) quality!



Air Fryer Chimichangas


Skirt Steak, seasoned and cooked

Shredded cheddar

Burrito sized tortillas

sour cream

guacamole

tomatoes

salsa

queso cheese

Place the tortillas on a plate.  Add the meat to the middle of each tortillas and top with shredded cheese.

Fold the tortilla up to be sure that all the toppings are securely inside the tortilla.

Spray the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray.  Place the chimichangas seam side down into the air fryer.  Spray them with a coat of olive oil spray. 

Cook at 390 degrees for 3 minutes. Flip them over and cook another 3 minutes.  

Serve with toppings of your choice
