A trio of bands — Triple Thread, SGV Vibes, and Roots of Mine — will perform.
Food will be available from Mobile Munchies and Ruby’s BBQ.

Another Raising Cane’s rises
Raising Cane’s continues to expand here in the Inland Empire.
Its latest location opened Tuesday, Dec. 28, at 13263 Main St., Hesperia.
Hours are 9 a.m.-2 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 9 a.m.-3:30 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
As part of the grand opening celebration, Raising Cane’s will present $2,500 donations to Hesperia Parks & Recreation, Hesperia High School Cheer Team, High Desert Second Chance, and A Better Way/Victor Valley Domestic Violence throughout the month of January, according to a press release.
The new location joins those in San Bernardino, Riverside, Fontana, Redlands, Upland, Ontario, Corona, Beaumont, Menifee, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, and Temecula.
A location is currently under construction at 12625 Frederick St., Moreno Valley.
Makai by LemonShark Poké has closed in Redlands, at least temporarily.
The closure is to complete construction on the location, according to the post.
It appears the restaurant — 360 Orange St. — will reopen in June.
Buffet is back
The San Bernardino Golden Corral has finally opened after an extended pandemic closure.
The restaurant — 325 E. Hospitality Lane — opened earlier this month.
Current hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.
All other Inland Empire locations — Ontario, Moreno Valley, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Hesperia, and Pomona — had previously reopened.
Mas tacos en Yucaipa
Durango Taco Shop has opened at 12031 Fifth St., Suite A, Yucaipa.
It appears to be related to a small, Las Vegas-based chain.
It replaces Sergio’s Tacos ‘N Salsa.
Hours are 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Get a free taco
A new Taco Bell is open in Lake Elsinore. The first 200 customers on Saturday, Jan. 1, will receive a free crunchy taco as part o the opening celebration.
The restaurant is at 29230 Central Ave.

New at El Pollo Loco
El Pollo Loco has made its Dos Locos salads official.
The salads, briefly tested at a north San Bernardino location back in August, were recently added to the menu for all locations for a limited time.
Now available are:
Cheesy Quesadilla Dos Locos Salad: Features a quesadilla served on a super greens and lettuce mix topped with a double portion of chopped fire-grilled chicken, sliced avocado, queso fresco and pico de gallo.
Chicken Taquito Dos Locos Salad: Handmade chicken taquitos served on a super greens and lettuce mix topped with a double portion of chopped, fire-grilled chicken, guacamole, queso fresco and pico de gallo.
Unwrapped Burrito Dos Locos Salad: A large flour tortilla topped with a super greens and lettuce mix with a double portion of chopped, fire-grilled chicken, sliced avocado, queso fresco and house made pico de gallo.
All Dos Locos salads include creamy cilantro dressing.
A fourth salad, featuring tiny chicken tinga tacos, was tested but apparently didn’t make the cut.
