This post contains affiliate links. Last week, I didn’t feel like cooking, so our meals were fairly simple. The heat is getting to me, so I haven’t been meal prepping much either. Still, my family gets fed and we’re not going out, so there’s that.

Lunch–Imitation Crab Cakes (we always use Trans-ocean crab because it’s gluten free) , rice, cucumber slices
Dinner–Pork Roast, roasted cauliflower
Monday
Lunch–Leftover crab cakes, salad
Dinner–Beef Stir Fry
Tuesday
Lunch–Taquitos, Carrot Sticks
Dinner–Chicken Fajitas, Cilantro Lime Rice, Homemade Guacamole
Wednesday
Lunch–Chicken breast, french fries, salad
Dinner–Breakfast for Dinner, fruit
Thursday
Lunch–Healthy Chicken Cobb Salad,
Dinner–leftovers
Friday
Lunch–Tomato Soup, grilled cheese (with Daiya cheese)
Dinner–leftover Chicken Fajitas, rice
