- 1 ½ lb. ground beef

- 2 packets taco seasoning
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 package frozen corn
- 2 cans fat-free refried beans
- 1 package shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1 can slice black olives
- 1 package frozen tater tots
First, cook the ground beef on the pan and let it brown. While the beef is cooking, prep the veggies. Add the chopped veggies to the pan with the ground beef. Season with 2 packets of low-sodium taco seasoning.
